I have just come across this site.

It is very new so groups and routes are still being added.

There is one place near me that has 3 loops, from 1km to 3km they could be combined to make a run to suit anyone. It also has an unrelated Great Run Local every Sunday there.

I meant to add, these are just in England but scroll to the bottom of the FAQ page for links to Jog Scotland, Run Wales and Northern Ireland Athletes Pathways.

Jusr keep an eye on it. Or you could email and ask to be notified of any new ones in your area. I saw that suggested somewhere on the site, but I cannot find it now. There is a Contact form
