Have had a ten day break after toothache and extraction and a bit of a wobble....was wondering if I should go back a few weeks or what. But this morning when out with Skip I suddenly thought 'did it in getting on the treadmill when I get back'. And that's exactly what I did. Was sweaty as usually combined Skips walk with c25k but this way if I hit a problem I could stop. No problems with huge gapeing hole in gum and km covered was 2.64 according to fit bit ( forgot to check on treadmill before closing it down). That's an improvement on last time. Even though I know its a snails pace I'm so very pleased with myself

That should read 'sod it I'm getting the treadmill out'

Well done - I can understand you feeling a bit nervous about it, with a holey mouth! But you did it - so now on to week 8!

And so you should be! Great work. Sometimes we achieve our greatest results when we throw caution to the wind and just say "sod it" . ππ»π
