No - it is for everybody. Core strength is important for grads and non-grads alike :)

You just don't like me very much do you :-).

I must admit, I do need to do this. The first time I tried to use the foam roller, the pain in the legs was a welcome distraction from the effort of lifting my big a** off the floor!

I think he could have had the decency to at least look like they were hurting him!

For me, he could have changed the name of every single one of those planks to "ways to hurt number X" :-).

Very good workout though, and here was me thinking running was the hard part.

These are great exercises... Part of me was just a little bit pleased when I saw him wobble a bit in one or two of the ones where he had to lift arms/legs!

And breathe . . . and smile ;-)

Ok, these are familiar to me from Body Balance classes. I am always more comfortable with the full arm plank ones rather than the elbow based ones and always feel that I could actually do them better if they weren't 3/4 of the way through the class when I have already given't it my all in the standing strength, sun salutations, balance etc! Flaky, but aiming to improve!
