Survived W4R1 :)

I'll be honest, I was really worried about the increase in the length of the run in W4, especially as my last W3 run was not good. But, I managed to stop myself from walking at any point that I was supposed to be running! For me, that feels like a massive achievement and I got a new PB of 33:43 for my 5k :) Feeling good and ready for W4R2 next week :)
