Found a nice trail to use not to far from home, I used my normal route, but after a mile I pick up a trail between two fields which led me to another trail called "thieves lane" interesting choice of name, wonder how it got that? The trail was approx 1.5 miles long which was virtually all up hill, that certainly slowed me down! The run was 4.26 miles in 41mins 47secs @ a pace of 9.49 per mile. I did enjoy it even though it was hard going in places, now going to explore a few more paths to see where they lead. Happy running all! 😎
