Today was a run day. But we got delayed by one thing after another. Finally hit the park at 2pm. And 94 degrees F (34.5 C). We tried to stay in the shade but it was quite warm. Did my 30 mins but didn't go far! Well done Yan for doing first run of week five, three lots of five minutes running.

We live down on the Greek border in South West Bulgaria. I will go back to the UK in a few days to work for the Summer, but my husband will be continuing the C25K here. The problem is that while today was a hot day, in August it can be be in the low 40's. It is a lot fresher where we actually live, in a small village at 1000 meters, but the town is in a hollow surrounded by mountains up to 2500 meters and it can bake there. But we are not up to running on the sheep paths around the village yet. Seriously thinking we might need a treadmill for the winter though.

Ooh it may not be good for c25k but it sounds idyllic. Could picture it (deep sigh)

Moving from Huddersfield, to a place where from my windows I can see and name at least 8 mountains / mountain ranges is a bit of a cultural shock I can tell you!
