I did my first 5k run just 2 days ago. Can't believe I have actually completed this programme. Now I'll have to do 2 more Week 9 runs - I can't imagine running now without the lovely Laura to give me encouragement. My daughters have both completed Couch 2 5k and I was inspired to have a go when I was told my cholesterol level was too high and my lifestyle was classified by my doctor as 'moderately inactive'. I'm 66 years old. Knees hurt a bit, but I feel great!
