Hey, well done - I recognise that view and your name confirms it! Great work losing the weight and getting well again, it is a long journey, but worth it, especially now the sun is shining (even if that wind is cold).

Well done you!the first week was the hardest so far I think but I am now on week four and surviving! Enjoyed my evening run in the Scottish sun ( and wind ) today.
Well done! I think it's natural to be nervous about week 2, I was terrified at the idea of running for 90 seconds but it's doable. Keep steady, I certainly found I couldn't maintain quite the pace over 90 seconds I'd been able to maintain over 60.

Well done! Week 2 will be fine - it sounds like a big step up but distract yourself looking at your surroundings and each 90 seconds soon goes! Good luck!
