My wife wants to do it but she works Wednesdays. She has her own plans when she can do the programme, and I'll be with her for motivation..

I'll do the Bromley Parkrun on that date in March, as am interested to see how many c25k graduates there are...

Did your wife ever find a zero to 5k course? Bromley Veterans AC is organising one which starts on Saturday 22nd October if she is interested, details are on the website bromleyvetsac.org.uk

Thanks for the heads up Fiona, but my wife has had to stop running for now due to a medical condition found through running when she was just graduating from c25k, which was a really good thing, but meaning she will be out of action for a good few months from Oct while she recuperates..but I shall look at the link as she may have to redo the course when able, probably next year..thanks..
