I have often seen posts telling runners that have completed the C25K to get their graduation badge. How do you do this?

Hi Ken, if you have completed the runs, you can click on the blue pinned post with the header " Graduation Badge December 2015 " on the right , you then just need to add a post saying that you have completed .

That's it , then you get a shiny Graduates badge next to your name :-) xxx

It is a virtual badge. Admin put up a monthly post asking all who have graduated to let them know. Then when your name appears, mother words "Graduate" appear next to it. Shows others what stage you are at. What week are you on right now? Your time will come LOL!! Julie

I looked at the men's graduate shirts as I like them long but to match the size of my usual XL Berghaus running shirts, I'd have to get a XXXL in these if the sizes are to be believed. Does anyone know how accurate the size guide is? Do they really come up so different from the Berghaus ones?

If it helps the XL (laid flat) measures 57cm across chest and on the back it measures 76cm from the side of the neck to the bottom of the shirt.

Thanks for that! Could you tell me the actual measurements of the Ladies XL and XXL please? Length and width please! :-)

The ladies are shorter....

XL 53cm across, 65.5cm down

XXL 53cm accross, 66.5cm down

That's a bit depressing! That means an XXL is a size 16 which actually is the average size of a woman in the UK. Totally not your fault, I realise but I do get cross at manufacturers who cut out the cuddly half of the female population..... :-/
