Haven't run for a couple of weeks, mum in hospital, then dad went in, he's home now grandson in.
So hope to go for a run tomorrow. I've got my code to do a park run but a bit nervous about doing one. Does anyone go to the Black Park run. If so what is it like 🙀

Hi Diane, sounds like you've had a tough time of it recently, with family in hospital. Hope eveyone is recovering well.
I haven't been to that particular Parkrun, but know from experience that Parkrun is great and I'm not the only one to think that judging by posts on here. Give it a go next Saturday and I'm sure it wont disappoint
Goodness, your life is very full on at the moment. Make sure, as well as thinking about everyone else, that you take time to look after yourself and your own wellbeing.
Parkrun sounds like a great idea, it's fun and there's no pressure. Don't know that particular one but you could always look up the course details on their web site.
don't know that particular parkrun, but in general they are great fun. Lots of friendly folk. It can be a bit competitive once you are out there with 300 people, so get the pacing right and enjoy.
Hope things start getting easier and your family gets better, you seem to have hard a hard time recently.
Sorry to hear about family, hope things are starting to look up. Just go and enjoy, the volunteers will give you some motivation, you don't have to do any special pace, or anything special come to that, you just have to get yourself there and run at what you're comfy with. Enjoy!
