Well, im not breaking any records but feeling good . 32:45 and i covered 5k. I think i need another 2 months to get below the 30 min barrier and at that point ill start doing park runs ! Thanks to the people thst have helped with my waining motivation !

You could do a parkrun tomorrow. You don't have to wait to get below the 30 minute mark.

It's fun! No-one is there to judge you. It's a blast! Try it!

Ooo no , i have never run two days running. Thanks for the kind words , i just need to build a bit more confidence and then j will give it a go !

My body needs 2-3 days rest vetween runs i'm finding but i'm getting closer to thst first run !

Well done ! I found that I ran quite fast at parkrun, it must be all those other runners- you might shave the time off a bit on the day. Give it a go! Well done again 😀
