Aw Cat. Keep with it. Hopefully it will improve
Everyone on here says to slow down so maybe you're going too fast???

When I had my asthma review the nurse said to take two puffs of the blue (rapid release) inhaler about 20 mins before exercising. She also said to take it as much as needed during the exercise and not to worry if you feel you're taking too much because it's okay I also find I get hayfever which aggregates my asthma more too, so I do often end up using my inhaler much more.
As for the runs, you can repeat them if you need to, but I always found the second run the hardest each week.
Hope this helps and good luck!
Good that your mind wants to go! Take it really slowly, you can work on speed when you are ready, the important thing is to complete that session. Run slowly, breathe in and out deeply and relax your arm, legs and chest
