Everything is starting to make sense...

And is it all down to running? Well...yes! If not it's a huge coincidence that: My mind's sharper, my memory is better, my mood is better, not as many headaches, don't need my afternoon nap (although sometimes can't resist when the baby's having his)! My body shape is changing (and I'm only in week 2) legs and all! I'm just loving this feeling and never want it to leave.

I see myself in a different light; I'm a runner! ME!!! The slowest girl in every cross country/sports day event at school etc... etc... That was many moons ago but it's always been my association with exercise and especially running - I did everything I could to get out of it! From age 10yrs, I had a period during every PE lesson (apparently)!

I cannot recommend this programme enough and with the right mindset, it's better than any prozac! It's a natural high that everyone should try. Thanks to everyone on here and I mean everyone, because each input, response and reply, no matter how large/small/poignant is VERY much appreciated xx

Sounds as if it's going great! Glad you are feeling the benefits - great value in a bit of 'me' time as well as getting fit.

That takes me back , I can't do sports day as they've cut the grass aaaaaatishooooooo sniff. Hay fever has it's uses!

I still have to avoid tree lined avenues as the pollen bounces up my legs causing a frenzy of scratching - not pretty.

I agree this programme is the best. I do think the forum adds to the whole experience in a very positive way (pat yourselves on back).

Nik: 2 boys only (3 is plain mad you need testing)

Hi Lizzie - I agree, everything seemed to come together for me too - less anxious/stressed, bags of energy and just much happier! I can definitely say it was the running because I was at week 8 when injury struck and having to have time away from running has only confirmed exactly what I thought it did from me! Can't wait to be back out there properly and feel the benefits again. Good luck with the rest of the programme.
