Well thats the first of week 4 done. have to say no where near as bad as i thought considering the bother I had with the hill last week. Have changed my route slightly but it still has a few inclines to run up so all in all i do feel i am making progress. Think I could have gone on and done it all again but will resist the temptation until Thursday!

Hills are very draining at first so you could avoid them and get back to them later on

Resist the temptation to go further or faster at this stage. Just finish each session, that'll be enough til you've built your running legs up a bit more
