Alf the dog and I were up at 5.30 to finish week 2 - and I'm chuffed to bits! Other than some pretty sore calf muscles, I'm surprising myself with every run.... although I'm dreading week 3 already (such a wimp!)

How many minutes is it for week 3?

I think its 90 sec running, 90 sec walking, 3 min running, 3 min walking.

You can do it! Well done on completing week 2.

Thanks Keep_on_going - think I'm getting the running bug now - I look forward to the peace and quiet!

I cried when I ran for 3 mins non-stop. I'm not exactly the fittest person in town. It was a real achievement so go for it!
