After 4 weeks of recovering from a swollen patella tendon after completing w3r3 I've started back on w1r1 again, and i'm glad i did, my knee was thankfully fine but my cardio that i'd build up has gone back down with all that sedentary rest...i did it though but even repeating w3 would have been a disappointing mistake i think. It's a little dispiriting to have to go back to the start but better than failing w4 badly.

Well done - as you say, it may be slightly dispiriting to go back to the start, but it's only a few weeks until you're back to where you were, which is nothing in the grand scheme of things... And definitely better safe than sorry when you're coming back from injury!
Happy running!
