Getting close...

Just started week 8 so decided to change my route as it would be a longer run. It must be a trick of the mind but changing route made the run go in much sooner. Couldn't believe it when Laura said 5 minutes left! Last section was a slight incline which almost did me in but Laura is right (is she always right?) that pushing yourself is rewarding. Now I just have to find a solution to the bright red face and the haystack hair after a run :)

I don't think there are any solutions for those things! A beetroot face = proof that you worked that bod!

I love new routes too! I try and do loops and incorporate new stretches just to add to the variety.

Just think of all the new routes you can do when you graduate!

I think a change is as good as a rest - and definitely when it comes to running routes. Variety is the name of the game, and the more you can mix it up, the more fun (and less tedious routine) it is.

If you find a solution to the face colour, could you let me know as well, please? ;)
