Any tips on getting through tomorrow's 20 minute run??
I did the 2 x 8 minutes yesterday and although I managed it I was struggling by the end of the second one with stitch.
Tips welcome!

I think you will be pleasantly surprised, just go slow and believe you can do it. Oh and you may get some strange looks from people when you finish - you will have a great big smile on your face and be shouting OMG I did it 😉
start slow, don't worry about the time, just keep going and aim for the next turn in the road, lampost, whatever you need! When it starts to hurt a bit, I always count my steps up to 100 or so to keep my mind off of things. That might help.
You will feel AMAZING afterwards as well, promise!
Can you walk for 20 minutes???
If so - then you can run (slowly) for 20 minutes as well. Not a lot of difference between the two - except running at a slow pace elevates both your heart rate and breathing rate over that of when you are walking at much the same pace -- but that is good and the more that you do of it , the better will be your cardiovascular fitness and the faster you will be able to run at the same level of effort!! :).
Start slow and taper down. Have a bottl of fizzy water in the fridge to celebrate when you get home.
Like everyone else has said just don't take it too fast! I did mine last week and went along at what felt like a snail's pace at first but I really got into a rhythm and it was fine. It's brilliant when you finish! Go for it!
It took me two goes to manage it, but who cares! Just make sure you go for it, slowly, and the feeling is priceless.
I attempted W6R3 today and had to give up after 22 Minutes. I really could not go any more! So on Monday, I'll try again and this time I will succeed.
Best of luck and let us know how you're doing.
