Well really enjoyed couch to (in my case 3k) even bought the Tshirt (literally along with a running mag). Did first 30 minute run in my lunch break few hours later and for first time my knees ..now..are feeling a bit weak as in when I get up feel they want to "give". I hope this is a temporary thing as I have downloaded some music for when I leave Laura.

Did you change anything from your usual routine? It's always hard trying to pin down why a run doesn't feel quite right, as it could be anything from a change in terrain, a slight slip on some wet leaves (that at the time you hardly notice), or the start of a cold. The big thing is.....

YOU JUST RAN FOR 30 MINUTES!!!!!!! :-)

Hopefully after a bit of rest you'll feel as right as rain, and be able to graduate in a few days time.

Best of luck!

I think we all went weak at the knees at the thought of having completed the programme. Congratulations. Just remember that you are not a fully fledged superhero just yet......you probably need a few more years training......so don't overdo it. Just enjoy running for fun.

Keep running, keep smiling.

Absolutely nothing wrong with giving your knees another day off! Go out when you're ready, rather than trying to overdo it just to complete the week. I know whereof I speak, having NOT rested when I should have and ending up having to take 2 months out to recover. Best of luck!
