After c25k I did b210k bridge to 10k with sami the first podcast was quiet but the otherscwere good and it got me to 10k in 5 weeks. It was tough and not everyone likes it. I just run to some of the podcasts for a change
That's an awful long way on a treadmill GF. What did you do to distract yourself? I think you're right about sweating it out. It always makes you feel better. But I don't know how you exercise late in the evening and then sleep!
Sami's podcast worked for me and you get the chance to try to improve your style which whiles away the hour. I find if I runi have no problem sleeping soundly
