I deferred mine to today also due to the weather conditions. Did mine first thing this morning. Didn't feel a jot like it, very sluggish, very cold, very dark. But, no wind & no rain so off I went. Not my best run & took a while to get into it, but half way through it began to feel good, I began to warm up & I just decided to take it slow & steady & enjoy it. So glad I did it as endorphins pumping now & head nice & clear for the day. It's tough sometimes but make sure you do it, you'll be glad you did! X
