Except I'm going to be a wimp and do it anti-clockwise from Kingston Gate for this week anyway!
11K in total is the goal - time isn't important!

Any hints/tips from fellow SW London runners?

That looks idyllic! Hope it stays fine, or it could turn to mud!
You'll be fine. Go steady. Take in the sights and sounds, and enjoy it
There is an Inclinous Fiend as you set off, immediately after Kingston Gate. Take it really slow. And when you finally descend back down to Robin Hood Gate it's quite steep! Don't fall over! From Robin Hood Gate to Roehampton and then Sheen it's nice and flat but does go on a bit. Take some good tunes! It's a lovely run actually - enjoy it.
Thanks - might start from Ham Gate then to get the legs a little bit warmed up before the hill, but before they are too tired to hit it!
Enjoy yourself Aussie ... it's a long way but extremely pretty, or so i've heard!
Sorry, no, no advice for you cos i don't think i've ever been to Richmond but TurboTortoise ------ did i not once read a beautifully descriptive post from you about this route??? Was this not your goal when setting out on your C25K quest? To run this route? Well it sounded gorgeous and i'm sure Aussie's going to have a great time out there!
Cool Runnings Peeps
Yeah, that first incline from Kingston Gate is a right sod. Long and slow and muscle screamingly hard. However on the plus side, the downhill is as fast as f***! You can really step on the gas there, but as TT says......don't trip!
Good luck. It's a beautiful run and seems to last forever.
Cheer Dan - as I said to TT, I might start from Ham Gate to get the blood flowing before I hit the hill but before I hit the wall!
A trail run, now that looks like fun
Now they must be hard routes if the other 7Stanes routes are anything to go by.
