Blimey! I thought climbing 3 flights of stairs at work instead of using the lift when I was pregnant was good!!

I think the key is to do what you normally do within reason. I haven't had children but a hill running friend continued throughout her pregnancy and reckoned she was sick on top of all the surrounding hills!

Does this indicate that the key to a fast time is 8 month pregnancy for women and a good beer gut for men.

Totally amazing achievement. I expect it took her longer to do her shoe laces up.
