Did new course, turned a corner and was faced by Mt Everest. Well it looked like that to me!! Gonna do it I thought, and I did. Halfway came, turn round or do a loop?? Carry on, I know roughly where I am. Main road back in sight, damn, that's not where I'm supposed to be! 5km finished, still 1.5km from home.

Pleasantly surprised at new PB for the 5km of 31:50 though

I find it surprising how much mt Everest crops up when I'm running. I never realised it had legs, well done for getting up there. Well done on your pb. Happy running.
