I've managed to complete week 2 and it hasn't felt too bad (with the exception of W2R3 having been after 3 hours of sleep and a minor hangover). I had some breakfast about half an hour ago, so am just killing a little time to wait for it to go down before I jump of the treadmill and start the next one! I don't know what it's going to be like as I haven't done any research (maybe I'll do that now with my tea) so I hope that it'll be OK

Thank you I have completed it and I have to say that felt the same sort of difficulty as my first run when it comes to fitness. Luckily I don't hurt as much as I did in that first week. I found breathing really helped me as when I started to get tired, it gave me the energy I needed to carry on. I did get a little frustrated when I kept whacking the stop button on the treadmill during my run, but I don't think it stopped me completing it. It's certainly a short one this week! It was over before I knew it!
Well done. Starting a new week (and longer runs each time) is always a challenge but you have done the work and trained up to it. Good luck with your next run and best wishes.
