How do I know what distance I am running? I run in my local Park not along a measured road.

If you have a smart phone there are a number of free apps you can download which will measure your distance using GPS. I use runkeeper and many on here use endomondo.

I do it the old fashioned way: I track my route with a ruler on a map. I'm not a complete technophobe, and I know this is a bit inexact, but it's fun!
