After last weeks attempt, one good run and one not so good I have had a few days rest and started W9 again this morning. I completed my 30 min run and felt great. I think last week I increased my speed and that's why I stopped after 25 mins so I will carry on with my steady pace as I know I can do it

Well done, I slowed right down ( didn't think it was possible to go any slower), so yes just take it steady and I am sure you will be fine x

I am going to try again, I ran on Tues and did well finished the 30 mins but Thurs I didn't and I'm sure it wasn't too fast. I am going to start the week again I know I can do it I just have to be able to run more than one 30 min in a week lol. Good luck with your week
