Completed W4R2 today. Gosh! Week 4 is hard. I am slowing down for like 2-3 seconds 2-3 times in the 5 minute session, like walking 4-5 steps

I think what you seem to be doing (forgive me if I have misinterpreted this) is trying to go too fast to start with and then burning yourself out so having to slow down to a few steps of walk during the run periods. If you start off very slow (even if the jogging is slower than normal walking pace) then you will find you can normally complete the runs without having to slow to a walk - except when told to walk of course. Many people are concerned about time, pace and/or distance during the programme but the idea is simply to complete each session - keep it very slow and steady. What you've been doing isn't 'bad' but you may want to do a couple of extra runs in week 4, keeping it slow, so that you can manage the runs reasonably okay before moving on to week 5 which has even longer runs. Good luck and best wishes.

I think Fitmo has given great advice and I will definitely follow it when I progress to the "tougher" weeks ahead of me. I am only week 3, so have a long way to go. Best Wishes x
