First round of week four started today. I was suppose to run a total of 16 mins. I made it to 14 mins. One run was for five minutes I did, no prob. The second time around was HARD. That also happened when I had to run for three minutes. First time around was fine, second time, very tiring. Onward and upward.

Well done - just keep on keeping on and you will surely get there. Look how much you can already do compared to week one.

First round over and you are still standing. Just focus on the job, keep moving those feet and the stamina will slowly build, meaning that in a few weeks you will be the champion, having knocked C25k for six. Good luck.
