Completed W1R2 today and W1R3 scheduled for Friday... I then plan to do W2R1 on Sunday, as I know things will get a bit trickier once the kids go back to school and I'm back at work, so trying to get ahead of the game. Although I have coped ok with wk 1, I'm really scared about wk 2, is this normal??!

Yes it is normal. You've embarked on something that is a bit scary, especially if you've never run before, like most of us on here. Take each week as it comes. I wouldn't try and swot up on what's happening in week 9. Just tick off your runs one by one. Focus on getting round with Laura. She'll get you there don't worry. After each run is completed you will feel amazing.

Yes, it's normal, and normal to be able to do it, the first one will be harder, the second and third easier and you'll probably feel the same way going into week 3, 4, 5 etc. but in a few weeks time you'll look back and wonder what all the fuss was about.

Oh yes. You'll probably feel like this often but nobody will be able to take the smile off your face when you finish the run successfully.
