I ran 3 lots of 10K two weeks ago and the week before but last Tuesday my knee said NO! I tried again on Thursday but only managed 6K and have hobbled about ever since. Today I tried on a treadmill ( hate them) I did 5K and although not in any pain my knee feels tight. How long do I have to rest it? I've taken up eating since I stopped running
