We have at least two C25K HM runners this weekend - our panther at Eden Project at 10:00 and SFB356 (not sure if number's right but definitely SFB) in Birmingham at 11:07. Some of us are doing "solidarity runs" - not HM length but whatever we can manage at the same time. Join in if you can - the more the merrier and our running friends will feel the spirit!
