I just ran for 20 minutes...
Decided what the heck and skipped out W5R2 and thought I'd just go for it and see what happens...and well...it happened.
I'm tired now and I'm going to do it again for trying week 6 but wow! I'm so pleased with myself...even got a top speed of 14.4km/hr

Well done you. I am glad you'll be repeating it before moving on. It takes time to increase stamina. Keep up the good work.

That's a serious milestone cleared. Well done.
The next few weeks are quite steady, but do the all important job of building stamina. Before you know it that 20 mins. will be 30 mins.
