Week 9 run 1 in the bag. Not a gremlin in sight. Just me the music and a steady rhythm. Really enjoyed it. Even did an extra 5 mins before walking.

So proud of myself for seeing this through. Now I need to sort out a goal for after graduation!

Well done. It is such a good feeling seeing the 'finish line' so to speak and looking back and seeing how far you have come. Not long till graduation :-)

Thank you. I am so excited but don't yet feel that I deserve to join the ranks of graduates I meet on here - you are all so inspiring and a love reading how far you all run.

Congratulations!

I've just got back from week 8, run 3, so hopefully I'll be joining your celebrations in a couple of days :)

Well done and it's even better that you really enjoyed it :)

I am in same lace, two more runs to go before graduation. My next goal is going to be gong for 5 k because I think I am barely at 4.5k just now. I also want to participate in the local park run. Hopefully by the end of November ( if not before).

Think the goals are important, be interested to hear where you are headed after the end of this programme.

Well done for getting this far. I want to tackle 2 goals. Speed as I am slower than you but able to run for the required time. So I thought I would start again for some runs but jogging instead of walking and speeding up for the runs. I will also do some long runs, trying to increase the time bit by bit.

It's going to be a long conga of graduates this week!

My plan is to sort out some routes that are 5k and mix them up with 30 min runs. I want to get into a routine of those then maybe work on time, speed or something. I have downloaded the C25k + podcasts and I am planning a parkrun in early November.

I think the challenge will be to keep going after the clocks change. And then through the dark and the cold. :-/ We will need our community then!

Until then, roll on graduation!

I will enjoy thinking of you and other graduates-to-be as I run my last two runs. It is great to know that others are doing the program too. Good luck this week.
