Still at work, so it will be dark by the time I get home = no run! I wonder how much difference a day will make. Oh well, life does get in the way sometimes.

Annoying isn't it. One day won't make a difference. Life has a habit of that sometimes.

I'm unable to get out for my scheduled run this evening as my husband is stuck at work and we have a little one........I can't run tomorrow as doing a parkrun on Saturday. I really do feel like stamping my foot and sticking my bottom lip out!!!!! I shall console myself by doing a Gillian Michaels' workout once little one has gone to bed.

Oh dear! It is a pain. I'm considering attempting an early morning run now - what's happened to me!

Funny isn't it!!!!! I've found myself hopping out of bed at 5.30am before work to fit a run in!!!!!! LOL.

I have a feeling that might be me tomorrow, hahaha, so determined to complete this programme! When did you graduate? Did it take you 9 weeks?

Congrats, I hope to get to your stage in the not toooooo far distant future, although it does feel a long way off right now! I'm on week 4 at the moment, doing the 2nd run tomorrow with any luck.

Oh you will!!!!!! You sound like you have the drive, and also, just trust in the plan - it totally works! I remember week 1 - 6 did feel like a long hard slog, then week six - nine wizzed past. What this plan did for me more then anything was gave me the love of running!!!!!

Heck - I didn't go out this morning, I was soooo tired!! But definitely will go after work tonight. No question!

Thank you for your positivity :-) I think I do have the drive, I can't stop thinking about it so I must!! I do believe in the plan, it's hard not to from all the stuff I've read on here - and this forum really helps with motivation too!
