Stretching runs.

It has taken me rather longer to get to WK8 - than the 8 weeks! A week off as weather was rotten, another due to straining a muscle in my backside (over-doing running & exercising)! And fact that I have been stretching out the running sessions. Following Laura for 2 sessions of each week on my own ( Mondays and Thursdays) , then on Saturdays doing an easy jog/walk with friends. Then back to the 3rd session of week on following Monday - with Laura. Found this works for me - as although I still struggle to complete each podcast - especially now up to 28 mins - I find the longer rests between each Couch25K run easier to cope with this way.
