Anyone use wrist sweatbands when running. I am thinking about getting one so that I can give my brow a quick wipe but wondered if they make your wrist feel hot?

I do wear one on my right wrist, (garmin watch on my left). I use it more to wipe my nose than my brow. It seems that whatever the weather my nose starts running when I do. I do tend to move it from wrist to hand and back again during my run.

I wear them, they don't make my wrists hot. I also put one around my water bottle to get a better grip!

Thanks ladies. I think I will invest in some. Seems they are multi-purpose! As well as soaking up sweat - snot wipers, bottle grippers ;-)

O definitely snot wipers! I have 3 ...one for each run so I can just put them in the laundry basket and not have to wash then each couple of days. They arre very cheap in Sportsdirect.

Wouldn't leave the house without mine, I use one in the gym as well. Pack of 2 from SportsDirect £1.99.

I love them, makes running so much more comfortable. As someone with slightly sensitive skin, turns out sweat can irritate!
