May I be the first to say WELL DONE! If you keep to the program you will be astonished at the rapid progress of your fitness. I started 5 weeks ago (about to finish Week 5) and feel fantastic. Congratulations on getting out there and come back here for lots of support!!

Getting that first run under your belt is a milestone in itself. I thought about doing ti for ages, then finally started on holiday at Easter. Just loving it now.
I use the RunKeeper app on my phone to keep track of what I have done. It is great to look back at those earlier runs, and see where I ma today. Admittedly I only started Week 4 today (hampered by a stupid knee injury and work), but am amazed at how much fitter I am. Back in March I could never have run what I did this morning.
Keep it up, and keep blogging. It's great to read how others are getting along.
Congratulations Carolyn! Enjoy the journey and keep us updated.
