Speaks anything against running on the recovery day?

I have finished week two third run on Sunday, but I think about running this Monday evening again, repeating runs of week two to build up my stamina.-

I wouldn't repeat week 2, stamina will come with the programme. I'd say You'd be best advised to stick to the rest days and move on to week 3

Many of us got this feeling of enthusiasm at sometime during the programme but its a mistake not to take that rest day from running, your body and muscles need that time to recover. Rest day from running however doesn't mean you shouldn't do some other form of exercise, you could go for a brisk walk, swim, cycle run etc. All these things will help build up your stamina and you will be well prepared for your next running day. No one can stop you of course from doing what you want to do but most if not all the graduates on this site I'm pretty sure will echo my words and agree its the safest way to do this well proven to work programme.

:-D Thank you for replying, will follow the Programme.-

Good advice given above. Just a little bit more. From reading blogs on here it appears very common that when people have not had the rest day, they end up with an injury, so as others have said, stick with the programme. Best of luck with it.
