Beek....... Week 4 is not as nice as week 3, just keep running or walking when there is talk of half way throught, one minute to go etc.... Otherwise you lose rhythmn.. Have fun tomorrow
I'm with you on Monday morning, can't believe I didn't have to repeat any of week 3... False sense of security?????
