You can also download the podcasts as MP3 files on the Couch to 5K website. See above link. LInk to podcasts is on the right of the screen. It hten gives you the option of downloading MP3 files or going to itunes.

Have fun. I had never done any running ever, except for the occasional bus when I was younger. Now I can run for 25mins thanks to the programme but it has taken perseverance and dedication.
