Hooray - but i'm only doing 2.5 miles - how will I do .5 mile in 2 mins ???
Any suggestions for motivating myself not to crawl between 14 mins and 23 mins.... once I hear Laura say only five mins more, I find I increase speed.... and for that last minute, well, I surprise myself!

Hi! I would say don't worry about your distance covered yet; get week 9 done, then maybe try the c25k+ podacasts; Stepping Stones and Stamina both have you running to a set beat for the 30/35 minutes; and Speed is a quick interval training session. They have certainly helped me!
