I'd just like to thank everyone for their lovely words of support and encouragement. I'm so sorry I haven't replied to everyone individually - I realise that this is no excuse, but I want to hide in bed all day, or, when I eventually get up sit on the couch and do very little. The thought of having a wash exhausts me. So, I'd like you all to know that I have read and cherished all of your comments - I just can't summon the energy to answer them yet. I'm so sorry for you are all such caring and compassionate people who are helping me to get through a very hard time at the moment. One positive note - I have several telehealth appointments lined up with a pysch - I'm too anxious to leave the house at the moment, but I'm going to force myself to do something little every day. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart. Hopefully one day I will be at the stage where you are - being able to help and support people in need. God Bless You All.
