Hi, I’m new here. I was diagnosed with COPD a decade ago. Also, had a stroke 3 years ago. I can still walk, talk and drive. I’m open to learning how to improve my lung function and raise energy levels. Just starting to do some earthing, which does help me to sleep. Also, interested in learning more about frequency healing.

Hello and welcome to the site it's lovely to meet you, exercise is a great way of helping your lung function and a good healthy diet also having a positive attitude. There are some good DVDs and leaflets on this site so please do have a look. We are all a happy bunch on here willing to listen, help in any way we can and have fun.
