Hello, I’m richard and I have had copd since around 2010 and at my last revive was told I have lungs of a 65 yo, also got told in April last year that I now have type 2 diabetes aswell. Been only 36 at the time it was just another thing to take in, so now I have been off work for the last 3 months with servear depression and thoughts of harming over my health issues. Getting on the right track slowly but time will tell.
