I wish all my colleagues and fellow sufferers a very Happy Chrismas and hope that the new year brings some good things for all of us. My Weight Loss friends, my COPD and Asthma Friends, my IBS friends and all those that have sent kind words, whilst feeling unwell themselves...............not to forget our helpful and patient administrators.
