I am taking Anoro Ellipta with Symbicort but at 12 hours in between. is this bad?

No one on here can advise you whether it is or not. You need to check the instructions on the box and follow those. These will be different for different people and if you need/want to change the prescribed dose you need to contact your doctor or nurse.

i take spiriva and advair 50/500 am and pm about 12 hrs so if you where told by doc to take it it 12 hrs they are long lasting !!!!
