I've been feeling sick for a weeks time now, Ive been working alot so I thought it might just be stress and/or overwork, but 2 days ago I started puking and having diarrhea.
My vomit is nothing out of the ordinary when it comes to its odor, color and consistency,
But my stool has been very runny (almost water-like with a few smaller chunks here and there) its got a greyish light yellow color.
Is this something I should get checked out or is it something that'll "work itself out" so to speak?
I have photos of my stool as well if it would help (and if im allowed to post them)

Thanks for posting with us. I hate to hear you’re having to go through this. If this is completely out of the norm for you, perhaps it is something to get checked out. Maybe you ate something that’s disagreeing with you but if that’s the case it’s probably happened before. But I think you’re thinking it could be something more. It never hurts to get things checked out to give yourself peace of mind. There could be a lot of things causing this. You posted here and please know there are some tests that you could have done to eliminate a lot of speculation you may be having. It never hurts to take the steps to put your mind at ease and get you back on a path to being well.
I wish you the best in getting answers for what’s going on. If you haven’t gone through something like this before and it’s definitely not in the ordinary for you, I don’t think it would hurt to have it checked out. Then you’ll have some answers and you won’t have to worry that something else may be happening.
