Hi all, feeling anxious and worried. For the past 3 days after a BM I've had blood on the tissue and some in the toilet bowl. It's not a huge amount but still it's frightening. I have a visible tear which I believe to be a fissure as I've suffered with them before but I think I may also have a hemm .. near/beside where tear is I'm seeing a little bulge..would that be a hemm? I'm booking an appointment with my doctor but just wondering has anyone had same? I'm thinking if blood isn't coming from the fissure maybe the hemm has burst? Blood is fresh and bright red.
